Ok, Frankydude, here’s where you went wrong.

You claimed “The company is not bound legally to disclose which franchisees stay in or out of the system...”.

Since you offered, I will take you up on it. Please cite the franchise laws that support your position.

Since the franchise disclosure documents routinely list franchisees who have left the system, it’s curious that you believe it’s not required. I suppose you think VEND just volunteers that information even though it doesn’t disclose current kiosk kpi’s.

Let me know why they do this voluntarily and why the franchise laws exempt them from the disclosure obligations.
