AMFE / FUNN probably had to raise some additional funds in order to pay for KTU prints / runs and shipping. The company has to pay & carry inventory like KTU and Red Panda First before being shipped to Walmart and paid later by Walmart.

All the audit & KTU delays hit the company cash flow plans and minimal dilution was necessary IMO. When JTF talks about releasing the log jam the companies cash flow is a big part of it. The market printed 200k dilutive trade on Aug 9th and another AH trade today which Together with 2 consecutive higher volume days indicates minimal dilution as well as positioning for this weeks expected news release.

It’s not how management planned it but it is how management is dealing with the delays and consequences of it.

Still expect an important comprehensive business update THIS week along with the 2018 audit completion. In addition it is reasonable to expect management & auditors to be all in to complete & file 2019 audit by end of Sept 2019. The company has already transitioned to a better accounting system and hired additional accounting staff to prep for the 2019 audit so it will be a challenge but it’s possible IMO.

The delays of the audit & KTU / games have caused many headaches for management / the company as well as all shareholders of course! The current company situation with “stop sign”, no current financial reporting and MANY (and then some more) missed timelines and management promises is well reflected in the $0.07 share price!

The market needs conviction / proof of managements ability to focus and lead this company and Roger & crew has the perfect chance NOW. Releasing the business update & complete 2018 audit will change the market perception Really quick and re-price FUNN substantially higher IMO!

The market will start to price in future / expected growth initiatives and a timely 2019 audit completion and provide management / share & stakeholders with calmer waters, a higher share price and time to discuss & focus on hyper growth / franchise mode!
