Here, in my opinion, are the top 5 Rory lies, here is number 5, for today.
5. Rocky Wright
He was informed, so he knew, about V1 not working at all. Denise his favorite pet number 2 told him about it multiple times. He knew that Rocky, favorite pet number 1, was just taking the money and not fixing anything, and because they were friends he let it keep happening.
Rocky had a fake team of 9 developers in India that never delivered on anything, all the money from his "imaginary" team he kept, and Rory knew at the end, never did anything to recover any of the money Rocky Wright stole from the investors that trusted Rory. In my opinion.
Rory knew, because he was informed, that V1 database was not encrypted and all account data (even sensitive) was not encrypted or protected and backups were stored in public folders without any protection. He exposed the data of his clients for months and never asked Rocky Wright to fix it, EVEN TODAY a lot of these problems are still there, and some of the backups can be downloaded. Guess if he doesn't care for investor money why would he care about user data. In my opinion.
Rory knew Rocky was running V1 on a super-sized AWS server with a cost of around 3K - 4K a month to hide memory leaks and over usage of resources in the code. Never did anything to migrate V1 to the new options, or reduce the cost of this server as V1 right now receives only around 2 visits per day, so that is a cost of 66 dollars per video view. In my opinion.
But who cares!! IS ONLY THE INVESTORS MONEY. This server has been running unnecessarily for around 13 months now, or how we trolls call it 52 THOUSAND dollars. From what I know and in my opinion.
After all, this Rory did what a good CEO does to Rocky Wright, he gave him more money to develop an application for Facebook Live interactive video. Rory knew this would never work, he was told by 4 different programmers (including his CTO), but at this time favorite pet #2 was already on Rocky's side to get a cut of the money, so the project moved forward. From what I know and in my opinion.
Rory knew the project was supposed to last 3 months, by month 6 he knew Rocky was just lying and the technology was not possible, he still gave Rocky Wright money for his imaginary team and advisors for 3 more months. From what I know and in my opinion.
I was called a liar when I denounced this months ago here. Rory knew at this point the project was no viable, he still launched a campaign in social media announcing it was coming. By this time he had received not only verbal communication but an email from his CTO Chad about the project not being feasible, at this point even Rocky had admitted wasn't feasible by email. Still, Rory launched the campaign about it coming soon. From what I know.
In my opinion, because he needed a headline.
And yes they deleted a lot of this material from social media but that what screenshots are for, and also is mentioned in several of Rory's SHAC videos. Where is Facebook Live implementation? I don't think is mention anymore.
So Rory knowing all this is gonna let Rocky Wright just take all that money from the investors? as long as he shares it with favorite pet number 2 guess he won't be touch.
