Interesting wording. I’m inclined to believe as others said the OI products are not ready. It is true that “no customer has yet adopted in a production product.”

But the wording “dependent on the future market acceptance and sale of Optical Interposer-based solutions, which are not yet fully developed”, you can argue that the OI platform will never be fully developed, it will evolve indefinitely, so it could be developed to the extent of “production ready” . I’m inclined to think we would not have come to this point without absolute proof in the hands of the buyers. But such language provides cover and enough ambiguity for deniability, while keeping potential competitors in the dark.

I agree Mack, I think the OI is 99% production ready and the verbiage is a legal CYA and also anti-predator oriented
