This keeps getting better and better as I’m reading these filings.

1. 1.5 million shares are owned by friends and family of Darcy klug

2. Warrants are exerciseable at .005 and .01 (great thing)

3. Beechwood properties is a sole owner of the warrants. And is also a majority shareholder in Redhawk.

4. (Very important). Darcy klug is the director of beechwood properties. (WHAT!?)

5. DLI own 5% of Redhawk with another additional 5% performance option if the stock can perform giving DLI 10% of the company in which this shares can not be sold.

6. DLI is dr drew. Who is also the same “consultant” that was paid in the filings. (What?!?).

Just these little hidden facts make a huge difference as to what is a real company and the other 99% of the scams out there.
