Just 2 questions:

Question: 1) If the SEC had found any wrong doing by ZION Oil (by now)....why is the SEC not doing anything about it ?

Because their investigation has not been completed. How about the question: If ZN has done no wrong, why haven't they satisfied the SEC into completing the investigation? Why hasn't ZN revealed why the SEC is investigating, and what their remedy is for it to SHs?

Not issuing any reports or updates.

The SEC doesn't issue periodic "reports" or "updates". They are not obligated by law to do so. Upon completion of the investigation, the SEC has the option of: 1. Litigation against the company. 2. Sending a termination to the company, indicating the investigation is closed. The SEC will not make an announcement it has done so. Butt, the company is free to tell the market. 3. It may keep the investigation open, and never close it. The caveat being they can not bring litigation after 5 yrs.

How long does it take to investigate a smaller company like ZN ?

Approx 1-3 years as with most Microcrap scams.

Is it possible there is no wrong doing ?

The SEC doesn't open formal investigations just for the fun of it. Neither does it stay open if the company can easily resolve SEC concerns.

This appears to be... "Somebody" does not like "The Other Somebody" and so they report "The Other Somebody" to the IRS and hope that the IRS audits them and finds "SOMETHING".

Appearances are deceiving. And the IRS is not called in for a SEC investigation. The SEC have their own investigators with auditing knowledge.

Question: 2) With the 3D Equipment quickly coming in .... and testing not far off...

With this Microcrap's history one shouldn't make such an assumption of "quickly coming".

Will 3D be able to pinpoint the Reservoir and estimate approx. how big and how deep? One would think, that with that type of information ZN would not even have to drill to have a major surge in Share Price.

Yes. If detailed 3D is then conducted in the reservoir area, along with computer enhancements, a reservoir can be mapped. Then one has to drill to confirm.

However, for a Microcrap scam like ZN, one doesn't need any detailed mapping. Just indicate the 3D had a couple of areas where maybe oil might be located. Doesn't matter if the 3D is indicating a tiny trapped uneconomical pocket has been found. As in a tiny reservoir. That gives Brown all kinds of room for plausible deniability. He can proclaim he has found a "potential reservoir". Not revealing it's a puddle. Retail goes bananas, and buys.

But before any of this happens, assuming 3D occurs, Brown will tell SHs they are pouring over the results, and another 6 months will pass. By then, ZN will be an OTC stock, and the SEC investigation will be approaching 2 yrs. When Brown does his subsequent reservoir pump, the PPS will be sure to surge from 0.01--> 0.10. Yea?
