Let’s be honest, if they are making $200m in revenue, this is perfect. Very low debt and it’s still a low MC. This is faster and cheaper than doing an IPO the traditional way.

If it’s the real deal, this would skyrocket to .01+. Then if they do a RS, who cares! Everyone would be up significantly and the float would be tiny.

However, this deal would need to close for anything to be possible.
