The only thing that would have increased, is the a/s amount. More than likely as of now, the issued statement on the 19th of this month, is accurate for o/s, and float. Many think, that just because a/s was increased, that automatically, o/s,and float change to. If the company follows through with JV, and the business plan falls into place, as we know they have been working toward, the increased a/s, shouldn't effect pps. The last intention of management, is to start converting for the hell of it. They are close to closing in on a pretty sizable step forward. I believe more than anything, like Americano said yesterday, that they need to be prepared for many things to happen. If they had not increased a/s, and the JV had required some further cash, the whole process could have had a few more complications than necessary. You always need to have all angles covered, and I think the increase in a/s, was just that.
