When they get an equity partner that is when this happens how long will it take to build out? Last 10000 sf took 2 years. That is not except-able. ACB will not partner up with a snail like citation! ACB is building the biggest building in the world for growing in Alberta I have seen this go up in less then a year. That is 1.2 million sf!!!
