I've done the numbers. Rivera has done the numbers. Others have done the numbers. Same conclusion....we are all in Citation.

Like I said...we don't need to sell the company...why....it makes no sense...?

If you read the PR's....we are getting an equity partner. Does that sound like a....for sale....sign to you...? Management was lining up collateral financing for more expansion....why are you assuming we have to sell...or sell the licenses. The value of licenses is far more valuable built out.

We know from PR's that $90 million would be enough to build out our facilities. We know from PR's that they are interested in expansion with non dilutive financing. We also know from PR's....there is no mention of selling anything in Nevada.
