First, as I said many times I DO believe everybody will get their shares.
However, this 'we are being quiet because....' is pure 100% B.S.
Is it another 'we filed for the RS for strategic purposes but dont plan on doing it'?
People use your heads and a little common sense. Have they been quiet? NO. In fact, they are quite happy to VERBALLY say an awful lot. Why do people fail to realize that if it can be said verbally, it can be written.
Furthermore, the company has said alot verbally, and they have said on quite a few occassions that they will be speaking up, yet havent. They have denied verbally that they were being quiet for 'legal reasons' as well.
Lastly, same as 'if you can say it verbally, you can put it in writing' is the fact that if they have to keep quiet due to legal dealings or dealings with the SEC ( I have not heard of a formal inquiry...has anybody else? and usually when the sec is looking, most companies are very adamant about speaking up and calming shareholders..letting them know what the sec is looking in to, that they plan to cooperate and etc, etc, etc....) then you CANT SAY THINGS VERBBALLY...
So, all this B.S. talk about them being quiet due to 'legal issues' or 'working with the SEC', is just that ...pure 100% B.S. If they did have legal issues, they would have to tell you on the phone that they can not comment...
They CANT say all the B.S. they have said to people if they claim they have to be quiet for legal or sec issues...um, duh!! And ya know what...if they truly do have legal issues or SEC issues are are supposed to be quiet right now, they are complete idiots to be saying the very many things they are verbally saying on the phone....
But again, as I have stated many times before, I do think everybody will get their shares and I do think the games will continue as long as they continue to trade and very possibly, money can be made if you catch each game and play it right....That is a key here...if insiders are playing games, money will be made by them and anybody that plays their game correctly.
