The new listing in London is not a replacement of the pink sheet listing but an additional market to trade the stock. Your suggestion that the company wants to be in less vigorous reporting markets to commit fraud is total nonsense. Bill Petty has stated that the company is conducting its disclosure as if it was a nasdaq company and is not using the more liberal pink sheet disclosure to disburse info to its shareholders. Maybe if you listened to the Petty interview you will change your opinion as to the potential upside in investing in this company.
