Norat has faults and I do not like how quantum refiners somehow is owned by him and shareholders did not see a dime, but quantum was best to be off the books, it's not making money. The 10 year stream of gold was bs, but did Norat scheme this or was he taken in? I'm not convincing anyone as I know its not possible. Paul has characteristics that are not perfect, he has got himself in many situations and has proven to minimize the damage to shareholders. In business its difficult because it goes so fast.
The question is can Paul overcome the disadvantages and get his spirits up to make the final push. Paul is an ass so to speak but he is not weak.
