It’s a possibility, sure. Still lots of speculation though. I suppose the attorneys are advising him to be conservative about the developments, but the letter doesn’t provide any real direction for DCGD.

Do I believe that DCGD will be used efficiently as a conduit for GRN’s interests? Yes. But I don’t believe the hedge fund will be merging into the shell.
