I think it was telling that he stated GRN and not holding vs. LLC

We know he created GRN holding a corporation, why do that? The fact he went into those details about GRN and him being the only principle member tells me the plan is to merge LLC into Holding then merge in here.

With banking relationships and other items you can tell how difficult it will be to get it all done but it seems like that is the plan
