It does not say this. If anything, DCGD is a subsidiary of GRN Funds LLC and the letter specifically draws a distinction between DCGD, a public entity, and GRN, a private company.

I was honestly expecting this update to further explain how they plan on using DCGD.

If you read closely - it mentions GRN as a whole under DCGD.
