This is an amazing summary of where we are at.. I've been in this for over a year and I saw the first Form 10 filed here and bought in on this because the shell was so clean and the expense was paid to make and keep this a fully reporting ticker. There should be ZERO issues with the name change and the finalization of this merger. Thanks for your excellent summary!!
