GRPS will only be going UP once news hits on the government funding/grants or the 1-A/IPO announcement. Until then and for some time, MMs have had easy control flipping on the large spread between bid and ask. That won't continue once the big picture is revealed here.

I've heard about an IPO with grps/rshn shareholders getting discounts, does anyone have any information on that? Wouldn't that mean a new company going public? Someone might think GRPS is junk as it sits today, but is it really?
