In the case of initial registration statements, the SEC comments are supposed to be made public about a month after the filing in question becomes effective. In the case of other comments--Corp Fin is supposed to review at least one filing from each registrant every two years--I believe they're supposed to be posted a month after any problems found have been resolved.

But of course, sometimes it takes longer.
