I don’t think he has contempt for shareholders. I think he just wants to focus on what is is doing and doesn’t want to stop to explain it to people. I am that way. When I have something I want to do I just tune everything out. I also hate having to explain to people details of my plan unless they have a roll in that plan. I think the perceived contempt for shareholders is just a personality issue.

As far as the short notice for the meeting. I don’t feel that there was any fundamental reason for it. Kim just wanted to get it over with and move on. I know that’s how I would look at it. Think about. He had to have and pay for a meeting even though he had complete control of the outcome. It really seams like a pointless endeavor. Except that it had to happen.
