The obvious strategy is to hammer this to paint the cost down for cheapies, then keep flipping it for little profits. Works well for some for a little while. But when this runs, and it will, they're left chasing. This game won't last much longer. Buy and hold. Every time FERN breaks it's 1st resistence point, someone dumps their shares and takes profits. The strong hands need to pick up those shares and hold them.
