So if MOBL is at .10, you would put in a buy order at .10?
Uh, got news for you. If MOBL is at .10, in the range it was last week (temporarily, of course), why would you buy at .10, knowing it's going lower, at least hypothetically? I put a buy in at .097, and as the pps retraced, so did my buy order. Very simple logic, and no deliberate attempt on my behalf, I let it come to me at .093, then bought. Deliberate, hardly...
