I hear ya, but in America, insulting someone is not a crime. Giving misleading information considering your intent on the use of stockholder funds is a crime. Those that lost a bundle should gather such evidence and present it to the SEC. I agree. Jacob should do time. The real loser is the kids. He made money from shareholders, but he used a vulnerable populace to do it.
