Would love to know what they are doing. My guess is Saean Motors (EV) was the only company with share holders they need to roll into the public holding company Saean inc. I'm thinking Saean's technology can be used across many industries. I'm guessing they are registering Saean businesses to discourage others from registering a business under the name Saean. I'm thinking Saean will become a well recognized name in a few years. They have a race car with their name on it and won a series cup! They know how to get their name out there in the public's view.
