Absolutely. Just because I’m glad they did the secondary doesn’t mean I’m happy with their execution of it.

Kiwi, did you even read the prospectus? I’m assuming no, since a lot of your posts seems to ask people to look something up for you.

Why not announce the secondary at $19 or even $20 the day after it closed near $24? Go ahead and read the prospectus, but the answer you find might make you “cringe.”
