That’s been my gut feeling.

The way this is playing out just seems too manipulated. They were never going to let this run free with so many retail positions (especially options).

BB’s didn’t sell out after the offering. There has been massive accumulation going on in the $13’s, so I do not think they sold much after ADCOM announcement (we will know within the next week if they did VIA 13D) and now here we are in the $14s again.

It wouldn’t surprise me if some 13D’s are filed within the next week showing some new 5% owners.

There are still a ton of calls that need to be deemed worthless, so we probably trade around this range until the ADCOM hearing.

Unless they are satisfied with the exodus of retailers that have already happened and they announce no PDUFA extension which would 100% confirm a manipulated shakeout.

I know people who hate conspiracy theories are cringing right now, but I have fun thinking of all possible scenarios, no matter how unlikely :)
