The draft will be on Sunday 8/25. Not sure what time yet, but I would think 5:30PM PST would work for most. It will take about an hour. If you can't / don't want to participate in the live draft, you can rank your players before hand or let the computer pick for you.
After that, how much time you put into it is up to you. Setting lineups weekly is the minimum. That takes as little as 3-5 minutes. If you want to research players to trade for, sign off of the free agents list, etc, that will increase the amount of time you spend.
