I bet the MM's ran out of shares after the last step. They are holding it right here as they recover. Seems to take about 2 weeks before they let it step up to the next level. I would say Fri,Mon or Tues we should pop again IMO. Very controlled, I'm thinking if they just let it go to $1 all at once it wouldn't hold. If it goes too high too quick trading might be halted. IMO
