The reason many people join companies such as GTEM are:

They are "floaters"; not dedicated to any one job;

They are only in it for the quick bucks, and as long as it lasts;

OR, . . . they are speculating that a company like this will "hit it big"; or they "bought into a vision" like we shareholders did in dumping bucks into a little penny stock...

Everyone has a different hidden agenda....
