Observation. Other than the recent shareholder's meeting, I do not remember any 8k's, PR releases, patent grants, or any of the normal information releases from the company in recent times. All seems to have been very quiet for some time, starting prior to the "Crash of August".

Question. Could there be something of significance happening behind the scenes, other than some financial officers departing?
