FDA has no time limit on when it must post an AC on the Federal Register except it should be filed 14 days prior to the AC. How did you miss every single post where this was pointed out about Agile Therapeutics? FDA informed them of an AC 1 1/2 months ago (AC is Oct. 30) but it's still not published in the FR.
