electro......this whole fiasco with Wamu reeks of mystery, innuendo, redactions, and whatever....we have Wmilt paying Rosen 1400 dollars per hour.. for what?...a host of accountants at A/M.. doing what?...no one knows squat here... we don't even know what JPM got in the deal for 1.89 billion... yea, I know by reasoning from documents as presented all these years, and connecting dots... but the truth is no one knows what JPM got.. OFFICIALLY.....so, here is my point about Alice and what will be her travails in this upcoming hearing by the arbitration judges.... how can these judges rule on her motion, if they do not know, the "nuts and bolts" of what she is trying to argue before them, if these judges do not know ALL OF THE DETAILS,BOTH OPEN AND HIDDEN?... THEY MUST BE DISCUSSED IN AN OPEN COURT, AND ALL ASSETS MUST BE DISCLOSED, ELSE HOW CAN JUDGES MAKE A JUDGEMENT ON AN APPEAL?. Lodas
