Everyone here knows that the company is not a startup so I am not sure why the buyer has to beware. Here's a bit of history for you in case you are interested:

The History of AMFE's CEOs:

Technical Ventures Inc. was formed on June 14, 1985 and Frank Mortimer was the President and a Director until he passed away in 2006. 

Hank Sokoljuk was appointed President and CEO on December 15, 2006 for a short period of time. 

No CEO was appointed until the appointment of Wayne A. Doss in June 1, 2008, who then served as CEO and President until June 1, 2010. 

On May 2010, Technical Ventures Inc. changed its name to Amfil Technologies, Inc., and Ambrose Fillis served as the President and CEO from June 1, 2010 until May 12, 2011. 

On May 16, 2011, Dr. Yarko Mulkewytch was appointed as interim President and CEO until he resigned on May 31, 2011 and continued to serve as a Director of the Company. 

Noel Nedrick was appointed as CEO and President on June 2, 2011 and resigned on April 10, 2013. 

On August 1, 2013, Roger Francis Mortimer was appointed President and a Director, which is when Amfil Technologies Inc. entered into a definitive acquisition agreement (“Reverse Acquisition”) with Interloc-Kings Inc.(“Interloc”).
