THat's funny...all the documentation which I read shows that the deal has in fact been consummated...and that there are remedies in place that show clearly that if the 5 mil is not paid by a certain date that for each month they are in arrears of full payment there is interest calculated...Other remedies also state that payment is due once the company acquires any payment...Nowhere does it say agreement can be terminated for non payment or that deal isn't effective until payment is made.
This flies in the face of Carter injecting his own funds in order to fight the infringers with the deal in place and consummated.
