The answer to your question was posted here over a year ago. Go dig it up.

Many companies are revoked. A very tiny percentage of those companies were in the same position as SPCL. Of those companies there were multiple relistings.

Companies have relisted in the past and can relist in the future. My point is made. Thanks for playing along.
