That is 17 mil of the 39 mil they are allowed to raise using the program. As soon as I saw the notice about this program in March I should of gotten out. It makes my blood boil when I hear the Emerald excutives talk about "hockey stick" incomes and "rock show" earnings. Meanwhile they are purposely screwing the shareholders. They have no money yet Emerald Sciences feeds off of us and they just raise more.
