Actually I just looked on SEDAR. Emerald files every month how many shares they issued "ATM" and diluted our value by. This is sad.

In June they raised $5Mil using the ATM. In July they raised $2.3Mil.

Pathetic. They are out of money and diluting us to death. Good luck.
