There was a five trading day extension on the 10Q filing and it ran out the trading day before Thanksgiving, Wednesday, 11/22/06.

Didn't Blockman say, Greg was going out of town this week for Thanksgiving Holiday and won't be back till next week?

These filings with the SEC are mainly the responsibility of the new CFO, Phil Scott. However, Greg has to get back in town to sign it.
