JL- Amarin finally needs to handle what I’ve been telling them to do for the past few months; FDA doesn’t consider Vascepa a “program” drug and while yesterday is completely on the FDA it was avoidable by proactively engaging the FDA prior to another death blow to the stock.

Amarin needed to pull their head out of the sand, it’s too late now. Hopefully Amarin gets a court injunction and communicates with the SEC to halt trading otherwise I’m afraid the stock could collapse in the AM.

I am holding long and have not emailed FDA post ICER.
