they are not goign to jail and neither are many of these scam artists....LET ME TELL YOU ALL SOEMTHING AND LISTEN CLOSELY. IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE MICROS, WAY TOO PFTEN AND I WOULD SAY 80% OF THESE STOCKS GO THROUGH A 2 OR SO MONTH PERIOD OF A PUMP....THE DUMP ISNT SO BAD AS LONG AS ANOTHER PUMP COMES SOMEDAY IN THE FUTURE........BUT THEY ALWAYS THROW IN THIS CHANGE OF TICKER BULLSH8T AND REVERSE SPLIT BULLSHIT. From here on the minute i hear any of this news and i promise you will every time....im out and never trust them to take out my money and play with the structure expecting they will put it back....cause they can do what ever they want....just like PLYCF....they sent a PR for a reconstruvtion, then the next day they sent another PR saying that upper authorities changed their minds and they wouldnt.....WHAT THE FUQQ is THAT SH*T....as if they will takw it out against your will before you pull it out i guess...i dont get it
