Not sure how today's P&D will end.

How could you consider anything about that PR as being a pump?

As for the dump, a look at the chart shows the stock climbing back from an open that was at .051 and immediately dropped to the day's low of .046.

From that huge drop from the previous close of .08 the share price climbed back to a green close of .088.

Very strong support for SHMP in the face of a PR with unfortunate news.

Pump and dump.... I don't think so.
