Looks like Health Canada could put a damper on the attempts of a lot of companies to sell cannabis-infused beverages in Canada if they are using nanotechnology and emulsification. It seems that extensive testing, such as LXRP and NRC have completed, may be required to receive approval.
LXRP does not use chemical emulsifiers.
