It's not a business model, it's just words.

It's no different than if I said, "I plan to enter the aeronautics industry by building a rocket to the moon in my backyard."

That's all these guys do; dream up a pointless "business" idea, say you are looking into said "business" idea, eventually release a PR saying you are "entering" the market segment by no other means than just saying you are, then do nothing for a year or more. Then, dream up another pointless business idea, say you are now looking into this new business idea, eventually release a PR saying you are entering into that respective market segment, then continue to do nothing again for over a year.

It's the dumbest thing I've seen. These guys have paid for filings for years and years, all so they can "play house" like a bunch of little kids.
