Facts about ACRL:

- Low float is the key.

- ACRL-fault from KL, Macassa mine crossing into the ACRL territory.

- High grade, potentially as high as Macassa which is insane 29 g/t.

- Existing mine at Macassa-it is already operating, no need to build one.

This is simply enough for heading to NASDAQ.
