I suppose since all Reduce It tests were with statins, CVD indications have to be conjoined with statins

So hopefully there will be 2 approved labels

One for Trig reduction

One for CVD

There's no reason the existing label would go away.

Unfortunately, since Amarin did not have the foresight of running an arm without statins, I don't see how they could conceivably ask for a label without statins.
