SAEAN will be "setting the price" when they complete the share swap to get listed on the NASDAQ. IMO they have un-invested funds or angel investors waiting for a piece of a bigger pie. At some point I expect them to buy every share available under their "price". What is their price? IMO it's in the dollar range to hit the NASDAQ by the end of the year. . .14-$1 is a steal IMO.
