From the Suspension Order: It appears to the Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (“BTGI”) (CIK No. 317889), a Florida corporation located in Largo, Florida with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g) because it is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-K for the period ended September 30, 2017. On November 8, 2018, Corporation Finance sent a delinquency letter to BTGI requesting compliance with its periodic filing requirements, which was delivered. As of July 17, 2019, the common stock of BTGI was quoted on OTC Link, had seven market makers, and was eligible for the “piggyback” exception of Exchange Act Rule
15c2-11(f)(3).
Nearly two years delinquent including all 10Q quarterly Financials since Sept. 2017 is severely delinquent.
