You post about the legal system in Chile and of course Mr Luksic. Here is a question for you, just look at the Cavell court case. Bachelet's daughter in law (Natalia Compagnon) borrowed money from Mr. Luksic the day after Bachelet won the Presidency. Natalia goes to jail for 4 years because of it and yet Mr Luksic gets nothing. It really makes you wonder how many judges have mortgages with the Bank of Chile.
Maybe that is why this Pascua mess is into 20 years. Judges are maybe instructed to delay...... Maybe....
