It would be lawful for him to endorse Vascepa, if he had a prescription for the drug himself and is taking V. There is an address in his book where his organization can be contacted. A letter or email can be addressed to him at that address. I have sent the following short list of reasons to take Vascepa to that address...whether that list ever actually reached him or a physician[perhaps the team physician] I do not know....he may not fit the profile of any patient who has been prescribed Vascepa or was included in the Reduce-It trial. He may not be like Phil Mikkleson, the golfer who has psoriatic[sp] arthritis:
