based on current late stage developments and IP a fair valuation for LWLG currently should be in the $3-$5 range which likely will be unlocked with Tier 1 deals in 2019, so if LPC is going to use some kind of "magic shareprice increaser" in the meantime, I think they better set it to a much higher level the 1.30-1.86 of the last couple years, lol
